Jason Milne
was born in New York City and later raised in Connecticut, where he began a decades long struggle with substance abuse and addiction when he was only 13 years old. It was this painful challenge that set the foundation for his devotion to searching for a path of healing for himself and others.
Although he continued to battle with substance abuse for two decades, he persevered and graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Spanish Literature and Language. He continued his studies at National University, also in San Diego, where he earned a Master of Education degree.
At the age of 33, his extreme longing to overcome his addictions and his constant searching for a deeper meaning to life, in conjunction with a dire need to find a way to heal the daily, chronic pain in his lower back that he suffered from since the age of 18, compelled him to make a radical change.

It was then that he decided to pursue a physical and spiritual healing journey that took him away from teaching in a traditional school setting, to explore the teachings of yoga in Asia. After five months of rigorous study of the science of yoga in various locations throughout India, he landed in Thailand where he spent most of the next ten years studying, practicing and teaching yoga, breathwork and meditation. It was during this time that he led 25 yoga teacher training courses, of 1-3 months in duration, guiding students from all over the world to become yoga teachers. Simultaneously, he devoted himself to the study of various healing modalities, including massage, Reiki and craniosacral therapy.
These experiences finally enabled Jason to overcome his challenges with addiction and substance abuse and to discover a profound inner knowing of the purpose and meaning of his life, which has directed him to devote himself to helping others find their inner resources for their own healing and fulfillment in their lives.
In 2018, after losing his mother to cancer, Jason again decided to make a new beginning for himself and traveled around Europe to share what he had learned in Asia. While in Europe, he began leading workshops, retreats and trainings on yoga, breathwork and meditation, with the desire to help others heal and prevent illness. In Switzerland, he found the woman he immediately knew he would marry, and together, they continue to live in Zurich, raising his wife’s young daughter.
Since moving to Switzerland in 2019, Jason earned a certification in life coaching that he combined with his knowledge of yoga / breathwork / meditation / qigong / fitness / healing / psychology / addiction therapy / nutrition / supplementation, and more, to start and run his own transformational life coaching business.
As a life coach, his focus is on working with adolescent males, young men and adults to bring optimal health, balance and peak performance to their bodies, energy, emotions and minds. Jason also specializes in partnering with clients to overcome their addictions through a unique approach that he has created, which incorporates individualized programs that are tailored to the needs of each client.
He continues to devote his time and energy to expanding his knowledge in order to be of service to others on the path of healing and peak performance.
In 2022, Jason began working at The Kusnacht Practice as a residential counselor who lives with and facilitates the recovery of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals from substance abuse issues and mental / emotional / physical health challenges.
Throughout his life, Jason has been passionate about travel, adventure, diverse cultural experiences, and continuously challenging himself to learn, grow and evolve while also enjoying a true love of sport and athletic pursuits. His years of meditation and work to balance and purify his body, energy, emotions and mind have fostered in him a loving connection to, and deep respect for, the power of the human spirit and his inner drive to help others receive the benefits of the teachings he spent many years devoted to learning and embodying.
The decades of study, teaching, seeking out and practicing healing modalities, has engendered in Jason an ability to draw from a diverse set of tools to address the unique circumstances of each individual he works with. He feels it his mission to ensure that the people he works with are able to heal and integrate their body, mind and spirit in order to discover their own purpose and meaning in their lives. Jason is regarded as having a peaceful, healing energy and intuitive ability to connect with his clients and students through his compassionate communication, kind heart and strong, grounded presence.
